3. Training Results DisclaimerDog training results vary based on many factors including, but not limited to:
- Owner consistency
- Follow-through
- Home environment
- Dog genetics and temperament
- Previous experiences and behaviors
Ultimate K9 does not guarantee specific behavioral outcomes or training results.Training success depends heavily on the owner’s participation and consistency after instruction is provided. Terms & Conditions
4. Payments & Billing
- Payment is required for services as outlined at the time of booking or enrollment.
- Certain programs and memberships may require automatic recurring billing using a card on file.
- By enrolling in recurring services, the Client authorizes Ultimate K9 to automatically charge the payment method on file according to the agreed billing schedule.
- All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
- Declined payments, chargebacks, or overdue balances may result in suspension or termination of services.
Late FeesA late fee of $50 may apply to overdue or failed payments.
5. Scheduling, Cancellations & No-ShowsPrivate Lessons, Consultations, Classes & Workshops
- Appointments must be scheduled in advance.
- 24+ hours notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
- Less than 24 hours notice, missed appointments, refusal to participate, or failure to attend may result in forfeiture of the session without refund.
Ultimate K9 reserves the right to reschedule services due to emergencies, weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.
6. Membership TermsMembership plans may include:
- Contractual commitments
- Automatic recurring billing
- Early cancellation fees
- Limited-time bonuses or benefits
Specific membership details are governed by the signed Membership Agreement associated with the selected program.
7. Vaccination RequirementsAll dogs participating in services must:
- Be current on legally required vaccinations
- Be free from contagious illness
- Provide vaccination records upon request
Ultimate K9 reserves the right to refuse participation to any dog displaying signs of illness or unsafe behavior.
8. Safety & Behavioral DisclosureClients agree to fully disclose any:
- Bite history
- Aggression
- Anxiety
- Medical concerns
- Behavioral issues
- Safety risks
Failure to disclose relevant behavioral or medical information may result in immediate termination of services without refund.
9. Liability WaiverDog training and related activities involve inherent risks, including injury to people, animals, or property.By participating in any Ultimate K9 service, the Client agrees to:
- Assume all risks associated with participation
- Release and hold harmless Ultimate K9, Belynda Moore, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any liability, claims, damages, injuries, costs, or expenses arising from participation
- Accept full responsibility for any injury or damage caused by their dog
10. Website Content & Intellectual PropertyAll website content, including but not limited to:
- Logos
- Videos
- Graphics
- Training materials
- Course content
- Written content
- Downloads
- Branding
are the property of Ultimate K9 and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.
11. Educational Content DisclaimerInformation provided through videos, seminars, courses, social media, blogs, emails, or website content is for educational purposes only and should not replace professional veterinary, behavioral, or medical advice.
12. User ConductUsers of this website agree not to:
- Use the website unlawfully
- Attempt to interfere with website functionality or security
- Harass staff or other users
- Submit false or misleading information
- Reproduce or exploit website content without permission
